As a Host, you are at the heart of our guest experience. You welcome our guests with a warm smile, assist them with their questions and requests, and make sure they feel right at home from the very first moment. Whether in person in the lobby, via WhatsApp, or by email – you are their main point of contact and always have the right solution at hand. Additionally, you advise our guests on reservations and passionately promote our offerings.
In short: You create memorable, feel-good moments and make our guests' stay truly special.
Our hotel is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You have the opportunity to work in different shifts: early, late, and night shifts. You get two consecutive days off per week and one free weekend per month.
No, there are no room hours for our local hosts. Your working hours are continuous in one piece.
Depending on need and availability, we occasionally offer such opportunities. We are open to discussing various options!
Career changers are very welcome! You’ll thrive here if you enjoy working with people, are warm and open-minded, and feel comfortable taking the initiative with guests. You love being right in the middle of the action rather than hiding behind a computer screen. Experience in hospitality, gastronomy, or another service-oriented industry is a plus.
Good spoken German skills and strong local knowledge of Zurich are required for this role.
