We are happy to arrange your visit to Zurich according to your personal preferences. The following services will make your stay even more comfortable and relaxing.

Check-in and Check-out

You can move into your room from 3.00 pm. Check-out is possible until 11.00 am. Early check-in is possible upon request and depending on availability, or late check-out can be booked until 3:00 pm.

Luggage storage (24-hour service)

Would you like to explore the city before or after your stay? You can leave your luggage in our luggage room in the lobby free of charge.

Safes & Lockers

Video-monitored safes are available in the lobby of the Fred Hotel Central and the Fred Hotel Hauptbahnhof. What’s particularly handy is that you have flexible access to them at any time, even before check-in and after check-out.

Table reservation, taxi, or excursion tips? Our Local Hosts at Fred Hotel Central and Fred Hotel Hauptbahnhof are on hand around the clock for you and your requests.
