Whether it’s a club assembly, workshop, meeting, or conference, Fred Hotels provides five modern meeting and seminar rooms at Zurich’s main station, accommodating up to 50 people. All rooms have natural daylight and free high-speed WiFi.

Refreshments and Presentation Equipment Included

Your meeting room rental includes coffee, tea, mineral water, and fresh fruit. Technical equipment is also provided: screens, flip charts, and pinboards. On request, we can serve a business lunch or aperitif – during summer, even on our terrace.

What equipment do the meeting rooms have?

The rental of our conference and meeting rooms at Zurich’s main train station includes:

On request, we can provide a moderation kit with essential materials.

Can the seating arrangement be adjusted?

Where the room layout allows, we offer four different seating arrangements in our meeting rooms:

  • Theater seating
  • Seminar seating
  • U-shape seating
  • Block seating

If you have specific requirements, we’ll be happy to find a suitable solution together.

Is catering available for the meeting rooms?

Coffee, tea, mineral water, and fresh fruit are included in the room rental. We also offer catering upon request. Additionally, we have a daily seminar package, which includes room rental, croissants, a three-course lunch (excluding drinks), and two coffee breaks with pastries (for groups of 10 or more).

Are the meeting rooms suitable for coaching sessions?

Fred Hotels’ meeting rooms are ideal for seminars, coaching sessions, workshops, and all types of training. We adapt the seating to your needs and accommodate up to 50 people.

Are the meeting rooms barrier-free?

What is the cancellation policy for meeting rooms?

In case of cancellation, fees apply:

  • 50% of the rental cost is charged for cancellations between 8 and 14 days before the event.
  • The full rental fee is charged for cancellations made less than 7 days before the event.

How long can the meeting rooms be rented for?

Our meeting rooms can be rented in half-day blocks. Details can be found on the individual room pages. Multi-day bookings are also possible. If you have special requests, we are happy to assist you personally.
